Jennifer Morris is the CEO of The Nature Conservancy (TNC), an organization dedicated to conserving the lands and waters on which all life depends.

Since its founding in 1951, TNC has grown into one of the world's most effective and wide-reaching conservation organizations. Morris joined TNC in 1998, holding various leadership positions including Chief Operating Officer, and was appointed President in 2017. In these roles, she managed corporate partnerships, led the Ecosystem Finance Department, and established collaborations with local communities, multinational corporations, and multilateral financial institutions. Before joining TNC, Morris worked as a business development advisor for Women's World Banking.
