Göran Gennvi is the founder and CEO of the Nature Academy Learning Lab in Sweden, a project that provides a space for leaders from various sectors to reflect, learn, and dialogue to enhance the effectiveness and sustainability of their decision-making. The project’s courses are based on over 30 years of experience and research, drawing from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, the Society for Organizational Learning, and indigenous wisdom, integrating modern management theories with systems thinking based on ecological principles. Additionally, Göran Gennvi is an advisor to several forward-thinking organizations, including the Talberg Foundation and the Ekskäret Foundation.
