Simon Jones is the CEO and Director of the Aurora Borealis Foundation, a senior advisor to the Prince's Foundation in the UK, and a special advisor to Chime Communication Ltd. Jones was the founder of Harvard Public Relations, a leading IT public relations firm, and has provided strategic consulting to governments, NGOs, foundations, and charitable organizations.

During his 20-year tenure at Chime Communication Group, he has provided consulting services for CEOs and chairpersons of global organizations such as Barclays Bank, Microsoft, BBC, Sky, Coca-Cola, HSBC, Facebook, and Vodafone.

In 2010, he was instrumental in establishing the Hanwang Forum in China, which later became the official forum of the China Western International Fair and a strategic partner of the United Nations Development Programme and the European Union.
