Hal Harvey is the CEO of Energy Innovation, a company focused on advancing global energy transition and climate change mitigation. He has extensive experience in energy policy and sustainable development, actively engaging in international climate cooperation and energy innovation projects.

Harvey's work has been widely recognized globally, having served on energy commissions under Presidents Bush and Clinton. He has authored two books and numerous articles on energy and national security issues, providing scientific and practical guidance for energy policy formulation in various countries and regions. As the leader of Energy Innovation, Harvey has spearheaded several key international energy projects and collaborations, committed to achieving global sustainable energy development through technological innovation and policy support.

In the early stages of his career, Hal Harvey designed and built solar-powered houses and created an electric vehicle for his own commuting needs. He holds a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Engineering Energy Planning from Stanford University. Harvey has received multiple international awards and honors for his outstanding contributions to energy policy and sustainable development.
